How long will it take to get my console? We offer three shipping speeds to get you back into the game across the USA:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For the impatient legends.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our "main" hub.

Is the packaging secure? Absolutely. We know these consoles are delicate treasures. We use double-bubble wrapping and reinforced boxes to ensure your gear arrives in mint condition.

TECHNICAL & GAMES

Are games pre-loaded on the consoles? Please refer to the specific "Product Description" for each console. Most of our systems come ready to play, but we always encourage supporting the original creators whenever possible!

Do these consoles work on modern 4K TVs? Most of our hardware is equipped with HDMI outputs or includes the necessary converters. If you’re a "CRT purist," check the product specs to see if AV outputs are supported.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We stand by our gear. If your console doesn't power up your nostalgia, we accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
